JESUS CHRIST I spent an hour, maybe an hour and a half on the phone with Dell tech support today, trying to get shit sorted out concerning my poor dead laptop (YES, STILL) and oh my god dealing with them is so exhausting I wanted to go back to bed by the time I hung up.
